Issuance of authorization for the placement of advertising panels in the area of county roads.
Observations:
- The use of retroreflective materials in the construction of the panel is prohibited.
- The provisions of the following shall be observed:
- Ordinance 43/1997 on the legal regime of roads, with subsequent amendments and additions;
- Law no. 198/2015 approving Government Ordinance no. 7/2010 for amending and supplement tiled Government Ordinance no. 43/1997 concerning the road regime;
- Order of the Ministry of Transport no. 1835/2017 for the approval of the Technical Norms on the conditions for passing and placing constructions, installations and advertising means in the road area, on bridges, overpasses, viaducts, in road tunnels, as well as the arrangement of access roads to public roads.
Note:At the request of D.J.A.D.P. Iaşi, other documents/plans/details in addition to those specified in the "Required Documents" section shall be submitted if the situation so requires.
