Issuing authorization for the placement of installations in the area of county roads, crossings, and undercrossings of county roads with installations.
Observations:
- The locations of the installations will be designed strictly outside the footprint and safety zone of the county roads.
- The documentation will be correlated with the approved urbanistic plans (PUG / PUZ) for the studied area and the route of the existing networks in the county road area. Also, it will be correlated with the rehabilitation / modernization / execution projects of the county road if the location is on a sector of road under rehabilitation/modernization or in the vicinity of the route of a future road (highway / express road / bypass);
- The approval documentation will be adapted to the type of installation designed.
- All dimensions in the drawn parts will have as reference the road axis level for vertical dimensions and the road axis for horizontal dimensions.
- The provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Transport no. 1835/2017 for approving the Technical Norms regarding the conditions for designing and placing constructions, installations, and advertising means in the area of roads, on bridges, overpasses, viaducts, in road tunnels, as well as arranging access roads to public roads, and O.G. 43/1997 regarding the legal regime of roads with its subsequent modifications and completions, STAS 9312/1987 – Undercrossings of railways and roads with pipelines, as well as the specific technical regulations in force, will be respected.
- The documentation will be drawn up by a specialized designer and will bear the original signature and stamp of the designer.
- Each drawing lotus will have, in the bottom right, a title block that includes: the name of the design company that prepared the project, the registration number or authorization, as appropriate, the title of the project and the drawing, the project and drawing number, the date of elaboration, the name, position, and signature of the person who prepared, checked, and the project manager, in accordance with annex no. 3 to the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, with subsequent modifications and completions.
Note: At the request of D.J.A.D.P. Iaşi, other documents/plans/details apart from those specified in the "Required Documents" section will be presented if the situation requires it.
