Issuance of authorization for placement of constructions, economic objectives, intersection arrangements in the road area and arrangement of access to the county road.
Observations:
- The placement distances for economic objectives that generate additional traffic, from the edge of the carriageway of the county road, outside localities, must be respected, minimum 30 m, in accordance with art. 47, paragraph 1 of G.O. 43/1997 with subsequent amendments and completions. Constructions that generate additional traffic are considered to be production units, commercial complexes, wholesale warehouses, show-room type units, tourist objectives, residential neighborhoods, industrial parks, as well as any other objectives and/or similar constructions where economic activities take place.
- When preparing the documentation, the provisions of G.O. 43/1997 regarding the legal regime of roads with subsequent amendments and completions, Order of the Ministry of Transport no. 1835/2017 for the approval of technical norms regarding the conditions for the design and placement of constructions, installations and advertising means in the road area, on bridges, passages, viaducts, in road tunnels, as well as the arrangement of access roads to public roads, GD 525/1996 for the approval of the General Urban Planning Regulation, the Normative for the arrangement of intersections, code AND 600/2010, standards SR 1848/1/2/3 – 2011, SR 1848/7 – 2015, STAS 1848/5-82 regarding road signage, must be respected.
- The documentation must be correlated with the approved urban planning documents (PUG / PUZ) for the studied area and with the permits issued for the accesses to the county road.
- The documentation prepared by a road specialty designer will bear the original signature and stamp of the designer and of the certified project verifier.
- Each sheet will have in the lower right side a title block which will include: the name of the design company that prepared the project, registration or authorization number, as applicable, the title of the project and the sheet, project and sheet number, date of preparation, name, capacity and signature of the preparer, verifier and the project manager, in accordance with annex no. 3 to the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, with subsequent amendments and completions.
Note: At the request of D.J.A.D.P. Iaşi, other documents/plans/details in addition to those specified in the "Required documents" section will be presented if the situation requires it.

The site plan will include: the cadastral parcel for which the urbanism certificate was issued, the neighboring properties along the county road on both sides of the objective (along the county road on both its sides) over a length of 100 m, with depiction of all accesses/buildings/collector road (specifying dimensions and distances); intersections of the collector road with the county road (if applicable); the projected and existing buildings, the location of fuel pumps/canopy/tanks (in the case of fuel distribution stations), the dimensions, names and purposes of each building body, fencing, distances from the axis of the county road to constructions, fencing, fuel tanks, fuel delivery pumps; the distance from the property boundary to the axis of the county road and to the edge of the road pavement shall be specified; the solution for access to the county road via direct access / via a side road / via a service road / collector, etc.; pedestrian and vehicular accesses within the property, sidewalks, traffic flow diagram, the solution for arranging road access to the county road; kilometer and meter positions of the land and the access to the county road; vertical systematization of the land; existing and proposed road signage (vertical and horizontal) for regulating traffic under the new conditions; parking spaces in accordance with HG 525/1996; the system for collection and discharge of water within the premises, the septic tank, hydrocarbon separator, etc.; on the site plan, a simulation of the fuel tanker refueling route to the tank (in the case of fuel stations), as well as the route of long vehicles using the site’s services, shall be presented.*
