The act of acquisition of the property*

For the identification of individuals in relation to the local tax authority and the establishment of their fiscal domicile, the following documents shall be electronically attached, as applicable: - the identity document; the birth certificate (in the case of a minor owner who does not hold an identity card, in which case the fiscal declaration will be completed by their legal guardian); the fiscal registration certificate (a document by which the fiscal identification number/fiscal registration code is individualized and is used in case the taxpayer does not have a personal numeric code). For conformity with the original, each document must be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the representation of taxpayers in their relationship with the local tax authority, the following documents are attached electronically: the authorization and the identity document of the authorized person.*

For the registration of a means of transport in fiscal records, electronically attach the following supporting documents, as applicable: - sale-purchase contract; donation deed; fiscal invoice; inheritance certificate; financial leasing contract and/or novation/assignment contract accompanied by the handover-receipt report or any other similar document; final and irrevocable/final and enforceable court ruling, etc.; - customs document, issued by the Romanian Customs Authority, for the means of transport, in case it is acquired from states other than the member states of the European Union; - document issued by the Romanian Naval Authority, showing the technical characteristics of the means of water transport; - fiscal attestation certificate issued prior to the transfer in the seller's name, by the specialized department of the competent local public administration authority, except for means of transport acquired from abroad. In the case of the transfer of ownership, by using, as applicable, the Disposal-Acquisition Contract, model 2016 itl-054, the endorsement applied in the upper right corner is equivalent to the fiscal attestation certificate; - registration form, as applicable; - vehicle identity card - document issued by R.A.R. For conformity with the original, each document shall be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*
