Resolution time: 15 days from the registration of the documentation or 15 days from the transmission by the public utility services operator of the additions requested by A.N.R.S.C.

Procedure description: The documents submitted by the applicant for the purpose of withdrawing the license or withdrawing the permission to provide/deliver the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit are analyzed by A.N.R.S.C., and if necessary, the regulatory authority sends the applicant an address informing them of the obligation to make additions, corrections or clarifications, regarding the request and the submitted documents, within 5 days from the registration of the documentation.

If, within 30 days from the date of the address requesting additions, the applicant does not provide all the appropriate documentation required by the regulation, including the requested additions, A.N.R.S.C. will return the corresponding documentation to the applicant, deleting the respective request from the license withdrawal or permission withdrawal procedure to provide/deliver the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit, communicating this decision to the applicant.

Depending on the manner of presentation and the complexity of information contained in the documentation submitted by the applicant, A.N.R.S.C. may decide: a) the summoning, at the A.N.R.S.C. headquarters, of the authorized representatives of the applicant, to clarify certain aspects which arise/do not arise from the documentation provided; b) on-site verification of the reality of the data in the documentation submitted by the applicant.

A.N.R.S.C., through the specialized department, draws up a specialized report which includes the substantiated proposal for the withdrawal of the license or withdrawal of the permission to provide/deliver the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit and which will be submitted for analysis to the Licensing Commission by the commission secretary.

The proposal for withdrawal of the license or withdrawal of the permission to provide/deliver the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit is submitted for voting within the Licensing Commission.

The withdrawal of the license or withdrawal of the permission to provide/deliver the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit is made by order of the A.N.R.S.C. president, which will be sent to the license holder within a maximum of 5 days from the date of issuance.

Notification deadline upon expiration of the resolution time: 5 days from the date of the issuance of the A.N.R.S.C. president's order.
