​The issuance of these card-certificates is carried out based on the provisions of Law no. 448/2006 regarding the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities, with its subsequent amendments and additions, and based on the provisions of Government Decision no. 268/2007 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of Law no. 448/2006
