The judicial stamp fee is paid into the local budget account of the administrative-territorial unit in Romania where the applicant has their domicile/residence (town hall). If the applicant has neither domicile nor residence in Romania, the fee is paid into the account of the City Hall of Sector 5, Bucharest. To find out the account where the payment should be made, you have the possibility to contact the competent Directorate of Local Taxes and Duties. Payment can be made in cash/by bank transfer/online (including on www.ghiseul.ro), at the City Hall, banking units, CEC, State Treasury, or at the Romanian Post, but only into the local budget account of the City Hall mentioned above. -photocopy or proof of payment through the National Payment System (on www.ghiseul.ro – .pdf file generated by the system)-*
