8. Receipt from which it results the payment of the “judicial stamp fee for recognition of interpreter and translator qualification”*

The judicial stamp fee is paid into the local budget account of the administrative-territorial unit in Romania where the applicant has their domicile/residence (town hall). If the applicant has neither domicile nor residence in Romania, the fee is paid into the account of the City Hall of Sector 5, Bucharest. To find out the account where the payment should be made, you have the possibility to contact the competent Directorate of Local Taxes and Duties.
