The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of permits in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the permit is 24 months, before the expiration of this period a single extension of the permit may be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF permit for which the extension is requested) and its verification on site.

The extension of the permit will have a different registration number from the ANIF permit issuance register and shall be granted for a maximum period of 12 months, after which another extension of the permit's validity is not possible, the applicant having to obtain, in accordance with the law, a new ANIF permit.

ANIF issues the permits within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
