For the issuance of a prior agreement/authorization for the placement of constructions, installations, and advertising panels in the area of county roads, it is necessary to fill in a “Standard Application” according to Annex 1 of the “Regulation for the placement of constructions, installations, and advertising panels in the area of county roads” adopted by the County Council Decision no. 83 of 28.04.2022. This form is to be filled in with the beneficiary's identification data, the name of the work, the name of the county road where the work is carried out, as well as a contact person on behalf of the applicant, based on the regulation mentioned above.*

Copy of the urbanism certificate, with a validity period, issued by the competent authorities for the works requested in the application, in accordance with Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;*

Technical memorandum presenting the requested work for approval, showing: - the kilometer and meter position of the site in the area of the county road; - a brief description of the works/activities to be carried out, arrangement of access to the county road;*

Copy of the identity document (in the case of individuals) or copy of the tax registration certificate (in the case of legal entities or authorized individuals)*

Area integration plan at 1:10000, 1:5000, 1:2000 or 1:1000 as appropriate (the scale must allow visualization of all necessary elements);*

Copy of the receipt for payment of the fee for the issuance of the prior agreement for placement and/or access in the county road area, calculated based on the Brăila County Council decision in force at that date, regarding the approval of certain local rates and taxes owed to the own budget of Brăila County, or copy of the payment order. The details to be filled in on the payment order are: Beneficiary: Brăila County, fiscal identification code: 4205491, beneficiary IBAN code: RO29TREZ15121160203XXXXX, opened at Brăila Treasury, value - fee for authorization for placement and/or access to county road DJ, for the work “XXX”. Individuals = 26 euro unit price including VAT according to HCj 319/2022. Legal entities = 126 euro unit price including VAT according to HCj 319/2022. Prior agreement extension fee = 45 euro unit price including VAT according to HCj 319/2022. The fee can be paid by bank transfer or at the institution’s headquarters.*
