The land registry excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as the case may be. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for the works provided for in art. 7 para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works as republished); (except for investment works of public utility) When issuing ANIF approvals for the preparation of P.U.G., P.U.Z., P.U.D., it is specifically established whether the requested area contains land improvement works, so that, when requesting the Technical Approval, the beneficiary must submit a project including the technical solution for protecting the land improvement works located within the relevant perimeter. The existence of these works in the requested perimeter, which is intended to be included in the intravilan (buildable area) of the locality, will be indicated in the Approval for the preparation of P.U.G. / P.U.Z. as a strict condition to be observed during the execution of the work. These conditions will be verified on site by the specialized inspector/ANIF adviser and will be delimited and highlighted on the site plans. Failure to comply with the imposed conditions will lead to the annulment of the ANIF Approval for the preparation of P.U.G. / P.U.Z. issued.*
