In case of representation, notarized power of attorney, the delegation, the resolution of the general meeting of the associates, the decision of the sole associate, the decision of the representative of the associative form, as applicable, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID/card of the authorized natural person or a copy of the passport for the authorized natural person with domicile abroad.*

For example: title deed, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land ownership document (for example: concession contract, lease, rental, usufruct, etc.) with notarized authentication; (except for requests for works provided in art. 7, para. 1–4 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished)*

Owner's consent for the implementation of the investment objective, if the land is owned by a person other than the owner; administrator's consent for the implementation of the investment objective, if the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state - in original and copy*

Certificate of urbanism (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan approved by OCPI (the site plan will highlight the area proposed for removal from the agricultural circuit), as applicable*

Copy of the ANIF Notice for permanent or temporary removal from the agricultural circuit for verifying compliance with the imposed conditions, if applicable*

The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as the case may be. (except in cases where the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, paragraph (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for applications for the works provided for in art. 7 paragraph 1 4 of Law 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for investment works of public utility)*

Government Decision/County Council/Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national/county/local interest, under the conditions of the law, as applicable*

Technical documentation/Technical project prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works (or verified by a project verifier certified in the field of land improvements) with the technical solution regarding the protection of IF works, where applicable. In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, highways, it is required that the documentation be endorsed by a project verifier certified in roads and bridges.*
