Technical Approval for EXTENSION OF WATER/SEWERAGE NETWORKS

Note: This Technical Approval is issued for the execution works of new network extensions, required for obtaining the Building Permit.

To obtain the approval you need:

- Standard application form;

- Urbanism Certificate, issued by the competent authority, according to the provisions of Law no. 50/1991, republished and updated, Law 193/2019 for amending and supplementing Law 50/1991 as modified and approved;

- Land Book excerpt for the portion of land where the project will be executed. In the case of a privately owned road, the donation act to the Local Council or the Land Book excerpt showing inclusion in the public domain shall be submitted;

- The technical project (PT) and Execution Details (DE), prepared by an authorized designer and verified by sopmeone authorized to verify projects, according to the provisions of Law no. 50/1991, republished and updated, Law 193/2019 for Sopplementing and modifying Law 50/1991 as modified and approved;

- Technical-utility network approval (Site approval), issued by Aquatim S.A.;

- Other documents (documentation), required by the Urbanism Certificate and which involve an approval/consent from Aquatim S.A.

The approval fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and shall be paid when submitting the documentation. Payment of technical approvals is made at the cashier on Enric Baader no. 11. The documents required for obtaining technical approvals can also be sent by e-mail or submitted to the Customer Service, on Enric Baader no. 11, Monday to Friday between hopeurs 8-15.

Technical Notice for the COLLECTION OF DOMESTIC WASTEWATER in the treatment plant

It is issued for economic agents, for the collection of domestic wastewater whose quality indicators fall within the limits specified in the NTPA 002 regulations.

To obtain the notice you need:

- Standard application form;

- Land Register excerpt of the location for which the collection of domestic wastewater in the treatment plant is requested, copy;

- Company registration certificate issued by the Trade Register Office and tax registration code, copy;

- Lease or commodatum contract (if applicable), copy;

- Written agreement from the owner, if applicable;

- Details regarding the account and bank of the company requesting the notice;

- Wastewater analysis bulletin for the domestic wastewater requested for collection, issued by an accredited laboratory, certifying that the water quality indicators are within the limits mentioned in the NTPA 002 regulations;

- Contract with a company for emptying and transport;

- Situation plan, with clear positioning of the watertight septic tank location.

- Situation plan of the interior networks (positioning of the water meter chamber and sewer hook-up, route of the interior network up to the building), at a scale of 1:500;

- Land Registry Extract of the property for which the Technical Approval is requested;

- Utility networks approval (Location Technical Approval), issued by Aquatim S.A.

The approval fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment of technical approvals is made at the cashier's desk at str. Enric Baader no. 11. The documents required for obtaining technical approvals may also be sent by e-mail or submitted to the Customer Relations Service, at str. Enric Baader no. 11, from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM.

Technical Permit for the SUPPLY OF WATER/SEWER UTILITIES for SPACES WITH OTHER DESTINATIONS

Note: The permit is issued only for spaces that have all consumption points metered by a main water meter and for which Aquatim can conclude connection/joining and supply contracts for water and sewer utilities.

To obtain the permit you need:

- Standard application for companies

- Individual and collective Land Registry excerpt of the property

- Registration certificate of the company requesting the permit, issued by the Trade Register Office

- Lease or loan contract (if applicable)

- Owner's agreement regarding the conclusion of the connection/joining contract for water and sewer utilities between Aquatim and the company requesting the permit

- Details regarding the account and bank of the company requesting the permit

- Questionnaire regarding the requested flow and existing consumption points at the respective location

- Declaration regarding the land areas from which rainwater is collected and discharged into the street sewer

- Letter of termination of contract between Aquatim and the company from which the space is taken over (if applicable)

- Proof of up-to-date payment for services provided by Aquatim, related to the space for which the permit is issued.

The mentioned questionnaires can be obtained from the Contract Office or the Technical Service.

Notice for technical-utility networks (Technical LOCATION Notice)

Note: This Technical Notice is issued in the case of execution works for the extension of new networks, water connections/sewerage connections, building constructions and utility connections, or in the case of other types of works for which it is requested, through the Urbanism Certificate or the Road Owner's Agreement.

To obtain the notice you need:

- Standard application form;

- Urbanism certificate;

- Land Register extract of the property for which the technical notice is requested;

- Company registration certificate of the company requesting the notice, issued by the Trade Register Office;

- Zoning map, issued by graduated urban data bank, at a scale of 1:5000;

- Site plan (2 copies) issued by the urban data bank, at a scale of 1:500;

- Site plan (2 copies) of the location with Stereo 70 topographic survey.

The notice fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment of technical notices is made at the cashier on str. Enric Baader no. 11. Documents required for obtaining technical notices can also be sent by e-mail or submitted at the Customer Relations Service, on str. Enric Baader no. 11, Monday to Friday, between 8-15.

Technical Approval for INDIVIDUAL METERING

This technical approval is issued in the case of works for the separation of water consumption, with metering through the main water meter, when there are technical conditions for the delimitation or separation of installations between users, for the conclusion of the service supply contract in one's own name, and provided compliance with the technical conditions of flow and pressure ensured by the supplier, at the property connection level.

To obtain the approval, you need:

- Standard application form

- Technical documentation regarding the installation of the measuring system to be located in the common area (basement, meter chamber) or in a chamber situated on public land;

- Individual and collective CF extract (not older than one month);

- A document certifying that independent metering of the consumption points for which metering was requested is ensured, signed and stamped by the authorized person who executed the installation;

- In the case where there is an interior installation, connected after the main water meter of the property, at a single visible point, written certification from the other residents is required regarding the individual supply of consumption points through the interior installation;

- Declaration regarding the land area, comprising the area of individual property (individual CF) and the share of the common property (collective CF), for which the volume of rainwater discharged into the street sewage will be calculated, also signed by the other residents;

- Proof of up-to-date payments for services provided by Aquatim for the entire property.

- Aquatim Board of Directors Decision no. 12/2007;

- Application rules of Law no. 50/1991 (Official Gazette no. 797bis/23.11.2009);

- Government Decision no. 348/1993 regarding water and thermal energy metering for the population, public institutions, and economic agents;

- Government Ordinance no. 13/2008 for amending and supplementing the Law of community public utility services no. 51/2006 and the Law of water supply and sewerage service no. 241/2006.

The approval fee is 48.79 lei (including VAT) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment of technical approvals is made at the cashier at str. Enric Baader no. 11. The documents required to obtain the technical approvals can also be sent by email or submitted at the Customer Relations Service, at str. Enric Baader no. 11, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.

Technical notice regarding the PROVISION OF WATER/SEWERAGE UTILITIES

Note: Issued for real estate construction works, for the purpose of obtaining the Building Permit, if there is a connection/branch for water/sewerage utilities.

For obtaining the notice you need:

- Standard application form;

- Urbanism certificate;

- Land registry excerpt (CF) of the property for which the technical notice is requested;

- Registration Deliver Certificate of the company requesting the notice, issued by the Trade Register Office;

- Technical report prepared by an authorized designer, which will include the description of the existing solution for ensuring water and sewerage to the respective property, and if Aquatim S.A. does not have water and sewer networks in the area, the designer's proposals for making the necessary conditions for providing these utilities in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 50/1991, republished and updated;

- Calculation summary regarding the potable water flow and the requested pressure, the flow of household wastewater discharged to the sewer;

- Calculation summary regarding the rainwater flow and the proposed solution for its collection;

- Interior network plan (positioning of the water meter manholes and sewer connection, the route of the interior network to SF the property), at a scale of 1:500;

- Zoning plan, issued by the urban data bank, at a scale of 1:5000;

- Site plan, issued by the urban data bank, at a scale of 1:500;

- Technical-utility networks notice (Technical Placement Notice), issued by Aquatim S.A.;

- Other documents (documentation) required through the urbanism certificate which involve a notice/agreement from Aquatim S.A.

The review fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment for technical notices is made at the cashier's office on str. Enric Baader no. 11. The documents required for obtaining the technical notices may also be sent by e-mail or submitted to the Customer Relations Service, on str. Enric Baader no. 11, Monday to Friday between 8-15.
