Licensing the activities performed in the halls of bodybuilding and/or fitness in terms of anti-doping regulations. The goal of the procedure is the obtaining the certificate of authorization by legal persons, individual businesses / family who are engaged in sports activities of bodybuilding or fitness.

This operational procedure applies to the anti-doping training activity for individuals in order to obtain the anti-doping training course graduation certificate, a necessary condition for the authorization of legal entities, individual enterprises, and family enterprises that carry out bodybuilding or fitness sports activities - http://anad.gov.ro/web/documente-necesare-curs/.

The training/perfection program for the occupation of Doping Control Officer is a theoretical and practical training program, organized by ANAD, with a duration of 80 hours, over 10 days. The minimum access requirement for the program, according to the Occupational Standard for education and vocational training for the occupation of Doping Control Officer related to the level of studies, is high school graduation with a baccalaureate diploma.
