This procedure is addressed to the members of the Iași College of Dental Physicians

The current professional certificate is the document that includes the relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the Romanian College of Dental Physicians, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) from Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the healthcare field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 from the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuing, and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality for doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period of the professional certificate: 3 months from the date of issuance
The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Iași College of Dental Physicians
The fee can be paid in account RO63BTRLRONCRT00J5271802, opened at Banca Transilvania, beneficiary Iași College of Dental Physicians, CUI 17061983
