Regulation

This methodology establishes the way in which the recognition is carried out, within the Ioan Slavici University of Timișoara, of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad.

Application

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained a doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.

The procedure establishes the manner in which the automatic recognition, within Ioan Slavici University of Timișoara, of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad is conducted.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states", approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

Regulation

The provisions apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third states, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions in European Union member states, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states", approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
