Uncollected social benefits due to the deceased person with disabilities, representing the indemnity and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as the case may be, social benefits owed and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, other heirs, under the conditions of common law, upon their request. The amounts mentioned above can be requested at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir within the general prescription period, based on the document proving the status of heir, as well as, if there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs are not requesting these amounts.

By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a list (centralized report in the case of heating aid without supporting documents), the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the List and the Applications with the supporting documents.

By the 5th of each month, the UATs have the obligation to submit, based on a borderou (cover sheet), the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the Bistrița-Năsăud County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The UATs will upload in the Required Documents section the Borderou and the Requests with the supporting documents.
