Submitting documents for granting the home heating aid with electric energy*
By July 31, town halls have the obligation to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aids for electric energy. The list including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the residence with electric energy and its actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Town halls will upload in the Required documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aids for electric energy and the list including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the residence with electric energy and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electric energy provider.
*Transmission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance*
Until the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to submit, based on a covering list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Covering List and the Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*The submission and registration of the file for granting the child raising allowance and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to send, based on a record sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload the record sheet and the applications with the supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.

Until the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the List and Applications with the supporting documents.

By the 5th of each month, municipalities are obliged to submit, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Municipalities will upload the Register and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Issuing the certificate for the request of amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits that remain uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the indemnity and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, where applicable, social benefits due and unpaid up to the time of death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, under common law conditions, upon their request. The amounts provided above may be claimed at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir within the general limitation period, based on the document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, the declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not claim these amounts.
*Transmitting documents for granting home heating assistance with solid fuels or petroleum products*
Until April 30th, municipalities are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating assistance with solid or petroleum fuels to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Municipalities will upload the Bordereau and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with natural gas*
Until July 31, the city halls have the obligation to send the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aids for households using natural gas, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, and the List including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with natural gas and its effective amount.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aids for households using natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with natural gas and its effective amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*Transmit dossier for the granting of social assistance and allowance for supporting the family*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to submit, based on a covering list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Covering List and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of the file for granting the state allowance for children*
By the 5th day of each month, town halls have the obligation to send, based on a delivery note, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Delivery Note and the Applications with the supporting documents.
Transmitting the file for granting social aid*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are obliged to send, based on a cover sheet, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and Requests with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Transmission of the file for granting social assistance, the family support allowance, and the home heating assistance*
By the 5th of each month, municipalities are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The municipalities will upload in the Required Documents section the summary sheet and the applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmission and registration of the file for granting the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, town halls/ DGASPC in the case of Bucharest Municipality are required to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection/ of Bucharest Municipality. The town halls will upload the List and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
