Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection*

The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred and, where applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until the date of death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to the other heirs, under common law provisions, upon their request. The amounts mentioned above can be requested at the local agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general prescription period, based on the document certifying the quality of heir, as well as, in the case of multiple heirs, a sworn statement that the other heirs are not requesting these amounts.

By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

Until April 30th, the town halls have the obligation to send the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for households using solid or petroleum fuels, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

By July 31, the town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized Summary Sheet including the beneficiaries of thermal energy aid and its amount, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralized Summary Sheet including the beneficiaries of thermal energy aid and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.

By July 31, the city halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Report regarding the holders of home heating assistance with natural gas to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection and the Summary Table including the beneficiaries of home heating assistance with natural gas and the actual amount of this assistance.

The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Report regarding the holders of home heating assistance with natural gas and the Summary Table including the beneficiaries of home heating assistance with natural gas and the actual amount of this assistance, certified by the mayor, after receipt from the natural gas supplier.

Until July 31, the town halls are obliged to send the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the List including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
