Techirghiol Town Hall*

This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the tax certificate for individuals within the City Hall of Techirghiol - Local Taxes, Fees and Enforcement Service.

-For certificates of alienation, registration* (buildings, land, vehicles, as applicable) it is necessary to pay all overdue obligations and full up-to-date payment for the asset to be alienated.

-The obligations are considered paid at oct the moment when the City Hall of Techirghiol's treasury account has been debited and this is also reflected in the fiscal records of the issuing institution.

-The tax attestation certificates for the alienation of real estate (buildings, land) will be requested by the Public Notary where the sale contract is concluded. The documents will be stamped and electronically signed by the Public Notary and accompanied by a power of attorney from the Seller/Sellers.

-Resolution time 2 working calendar days.

- The obligations are considered paid at the moment when the treasury account of the City Hall of Techirghiol has been debited and this is reflected in the fiscal records of the issuing institution.
