Operational procedure regarding the issuance of certificates for amounts remaining unpaid to deceased persons with disabilities*
Social benefits left uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, if applicable, social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to other heirs, under common law conditions, upon their request. The amounts mentioned above can be requested at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on the document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in situations where there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs are not requesting these amounts.
Submission and registration of the file for granting the child raising allowance*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are obliged to send, based on a summary list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the summary list and the applications with supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating assistance with electric energy*
By July 31st, city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the Report including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload in the Required documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the Report including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity provider.
*Submitting and registering the file for granting the child raising allowance*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a delivery note, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Transmission of documents for granting home heating assistance with natural gas*
By July 31st, town halls are obliged to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the Report including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating homes with natural gas and the actual amount thereof, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the Report including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating homes with natural gas and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*Sending file for granting social assistance*
Until the 5th of each month, town halls are obliged to send, based on a list, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Transmitting the file for granting social assistance and the allowance for family support*
By the 5th of each month, city halls have the obligation to submit, based on a register, the applications recorded in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The submission and registration of the file for granting the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the Sibiu County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload the Summary Sheet and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Sending the file for granting the insertion incentive*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to send, based on a delivery note, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

Until April 30, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating assistance with solid or petroleum fuels to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload the Bordereau and the Requests with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes using thermal energy*
By July 31, the city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized List including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
