Operational procedure regarding the issuance of certificates for amounts remaining unpaid to deceased persons with disabilities*

Social benefits left uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, if applicable, social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to other heirs, under common law conditions, upon their request.  The amounts mentioned above can be requested at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on the document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in situations where there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs are not requesting these amounts.

Submission and registration of the file for granting the child raising allowance*

By the 5th of each month, town halls are obliged to send, based on a summary list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

Submission of documents for granting home heating assistance with electric energy*

By July 31st, city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the Report including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

City halls will upload in the Required documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the Report including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity provider.

By July 31st, town halls are obliged to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the Report including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating homes with natural gas and the actual amount thereof, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

Town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the Report including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating homes with natural gas and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.

Granting risk incentive according to Government Emergency Ordinance no.82/2020*

The risk stimulus is granted according to the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82/2020 for approving the granting of a risk stimulus for the staff of residential care and assistance centers for the elderly, residential centers for children and adults, with and without disabilities, as well as for other vulnerable categories, preventively isolated at the workplace during the state of emergency, in a fixed amount of 1150 lei gross, for employees of residential care and assistance centers for the elderly, residential centers for children and adults, with and without disabilities, as well as for employees of residential centers intended for other vulnerable categories, public and private, provided in the Nomenclature of social services, approved by Government Decision no. 867/2015, as subsequently amended and supplemented, who were preventively isolated at the workplace during the state of emergency.
