CHILD REGISTRATION IN NURSERY - PERIOD 26.05.2025 - 13.06.2025*
Enrollment of children in nurseries within the structure of Creșa Oradea is done according to the specifications and specific calendar (26.05.2025 - 13.06.2025), communicated annually by the Ministry of Education, as well as the specific criteria established by the Board of Administration of the educational unit.
The enrollment procedure in early childhood education units (nurseries) is carried out according to the specifications, specific calendar, conditions, and general criteria established annually by the Ministry of Education and is made public by posting at the nursery headquarters and on the institution's website.
The criteria for ranking children during enrollment/admission will be those established by the Ministry of Education and by the Board of Administration of Creșa Oradea for the purpose of classifying files for the admission of children to the nursery.
Enrollments are to be made at the CREȘA – ORADEA headquarters (42 Primăriei Street, Public Relations and Initial Evaluation Service, during the hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 7:30 – 16:30, Thursday – 7:30 – 18:30, Friday – 7:30 – 16:00) or ONLINE, with the mention that on the last day of submission, June 13, files will be received until 12:00, in order to be evaluated, since the results and the number of remaining available places after this enrollment stage will be displayed on June 13.
The nominal list with the score established for each child for whom an enrollment file was submitted to attend the nursery in the next school year, starting with September of the current year, will be posted on the Notice Board at CREȘA – ORADEA, published on the website daso-oradea.ro and on the website of Oradea City Hall www.oradea.ro.
Children who do not meet the required score to be admitted to attend the nursery, within the limits of available places at the beginning of the school year, will remain on the waiting list. When a spot becomes available at the nursery during the school year, it will be filled by the next child on the waiting list.
The processing of personal data in the process of enrollment/transfer/removal from records of children must be done in accordance with the provisions of Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), for the purpose of fulfilling the legal duties of protection and social assistance.
