Bacau Medical College*

The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and released by the territorial branch of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose jurisdiction the applicant physician, as the case may be, has his/her domicile/residence or workplace/unit where he/she will carry out his/her activity.

The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted, upon request, to the persons provided for in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 on workspace in the field of health, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively fulfill the following conditions:

a) hold an official qualification title in medicine, within the meaning of art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 on reform in the field of health, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;

b) are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;

c) are medically fit for practicing the medical profession;

d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their degree in the last 5 years.
