Predeal City Hall*

The applicant for the urbanism certificate is the natural or legal person interested in receiving from the competent public administration authority information regarding a property, land and/or constructions for the purposes defined in preventions of article 6 of the Law. For the issuance of the urbanism certificate, the applicant will address the Predeal City Hall by submitting an application according to the F1 FORM - APPLICATION for issuing the urbanism certificate - in which both the identification elements of the property for which the urbanism certificate is requested (locality, cadastral number, and land book number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise), as well as the elements defining the purpose of the request, will be entered.
