This procedure is addressed to the members of the Caras Severin College of Dentists

The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honourability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the Romanian College of Dentists, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health domain, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of evidence of honourability and professional morality of doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 300 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Caras Severin College of Dentists
