Receiving file for granting the state allowance for children*
The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to 18 years old, without discrimination. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have reached the age of 18, who are attending high school or vocational education courses, organized according to the law, until they finish them, except for those who repeat the school year, except for those who repeat due to health reasons, proven with a medical certificate.
The state allowance for children is also granted to children of foreign citizens and stateless persons who are residents, under the law, in Romania, if they live together with their parents.
This right can be requested by either of the child's biological parents, as well as the person who has adopted a child, provided that they meet the eligibility criteria.

help for heating the home*
This Emergency Government Ordinance no. 70/2011 aims to regulate the granting of certain social protection measures for the population, consisting of monthly aid to cover parts of the expenses related to heating the home during the cold season, as well as the method of invoicing and paying for thermal energy.

allowance for family support*
The family support allowance is a form of assistance for low-income families who are raising and caring for children up to 18 years old.
The granting of the family support allowance is aimed at supplementing the income of families to ensure better conditions for the upbringing and education of children, as well as encouraging school-age children in the care of low-income families to attend courses of an educational form organized according to the law, pursuant to art.1, para.2 of Law no. 277/2010 regarding the family support allowance, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.

Granting child raising allowance until the age of 2, or until the age of 3 in the case of a child with disabilities*
Preparation of files for the child-raising allowance, insertion incentive, monthly allowance for caring for a child aged 3-7 years (child with disability), monthly allowance for reduced working hours, monthly support for caring for a child 0-3 years, monthly support for caring for a child 3-7 years, supplement to the child's allowance. Sending the prepared files to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, based on the register.

Social assistance is granted monthly, in addition to the net monthly income of the family or the single person, to ensure the guaranteed minimum income.

Educational incentive in the form of social vouchers for kindergarten*
(1) Educational incentives are granted to children from families who have established the right to family support allowance granted under Law no. 277/2010 regarding the family support allowance, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, regardless of whether the family is receiving this right or it is suspended.
(2) By way of exception from para. (1), the educational incentive is also granted to children in the care of the person designated by the parent for the child's maintenance, during the parents' absence, according to art. 104 of Law no. 272/2004 regarding the protection and promotion of children's rights, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, if the income per person, including the child in care, does not exceed the maximum income level for granting the family support allowance.
(3) The educational incentive is granted only for children enrolled in a preschool educational institution, according to the National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and completions.
The minimum monthly nominal value of the educational incentive, granted in the form of social vouchers for kindergarten, is 100 lei/month.
