Procedure regarding the request, by providers of public electronic communications networks, for information concerning civil engineering works - according to the provisions of art. 27 of Law no. 159/2016.*
The procedure establishes the manner in which communication is ensured between providers of public electronic communications networks and network operators, as they are defined in art. 2 para. (1) letter b) of Law no. 159/2016, for the purpose of coordinated execution of civil engineering works.
