INSERTION STIMULUS*
Eligible persons (who, for 12 months out of the 2 years prior to the birth of the child, had income from salaries, income from independent activities, income from agricultural activities, or were in one or more of the situations called assimilated periods) who, during the period in which they are entitled to benefit from childcare leave, obtain taxable income have the right to an insertion incentive in the amount of 50% of the minimum monthly childcare allowance.
For persons who obtain taxable income at least 60 days before the child reaches the age of 2 years, or 3 years in names of a disabled child, the granting of the insertion incentive is made until the child reaches the age of 3 years, or 4 years in the case of a disabled child.
Either biological parent of the child, as well as the person who adopted a child, can benefit from this right, provided that the eligibility criteria are met.

THE STATE ALLOWANCE FOR CHILDREN*
The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to the age of 18, without discrimination. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have turned 18, who are attending high school or vocational education courses, organized according to the law, until rendering01mercythe completion of these courses, except for those who repeat the school year, except for those who repeat for health reasons, proven with thanka medical certificate.
The children of foreign citizens and stateless persons residing in Romania, under the conditions of the law, also benefit from the state allowance for children, if they live together with their parents.
This right can be claimed by either biological parent of the child, as well as the person who has adopted a child, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

GUARANTEED MINIMUM INCOME*
Guaranteed minimum income is a benefit granted to individuals or families in difficulty whose income is insufficient to cover the minimum living needs, assessed through a social inquiry, as well as through other specific instruments.
This benefit is granted monthly, supplementing the net monthly income of the family or single person, to ensure the guaranteed minimum income. The payment of social assistance is provided by the Caraș-Severin County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, from the budget of the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice.
For the amounts granted as social assistance, one of the able-bodied members of the family is required to perform monthly actions or works of local interest, without exceeding the normal working schedule. Failure to fulfill this obligation results in the suspension of the guaranteed minimum income, and if within 3 months from the date of suspension of this right this obligation is not fulfilled, the payment of the social assistance will cease.

FAMILY SUPPORT ALLOWANCE*
The family support allowance is a form of support for families with low incomes, of up to 634 lei per family member, who are raising and caring for children up to the age of 18.
The granting of the family support allowance aims to supplement the incomes of families in order to ensure better conditions for the upbringing and education of children, as well as to encourage the school attendance by school-age children, who are in the care of low-income families, of an educational program, organized according to the law, in accordance with art.1, para.2 of Law no. 277/2010 regarding the family support allowance, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
If the family owns, rents, borrows, or otherwise holds at least one of the goods included in the list of goods that lead to the exclusion from receiving social assistance, as provided in art. 8, para. (2) and (3), of Law 416/2001 (Annex no. 3 of Government Decision 778/2013), they are not eligible for the allowance.
