Granting social assistance*
Social assistance is granted monthly, to supplement the net income of the family or single person, to ensure the guaranteed minimum income. For the amounts granted as social assistance, one of the able-bodied adult members of the family must perform, monthly, actions or works of local interest, for all family members, without exceeding the normal working schedule; failure to fulfill this obligation leads to the suspension of social assistance, and if within 3 months from the suspension this obligation is not fulfilled, the payment of social assistance stops.
Procedure for issuing an urban planning certificate*
1. According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraphs (1) and (4) of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an information document regarding ospital’s legal, economic, and technical regime, as well as the specific urban planning requirements of the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity.
2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not replace the building/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.

Granting child-raising allowance until the age of 2, or 3 in the case of a child with a disability*
Preparation of files for child-raising allowance, insertion incentive, monthly allowance for the care of a child aged between 3-7 years (child with disability), child allowance supplement. Transmission to the Alba County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, based on a delivery note, of the prepared files.

Article 23(1) Only the following are registered at the level of the mayors of communes, towns, municipalities, and the sectors of the municipality of Bucharest: agricultural or forestry tractors, trailers intended to be towed by them, trolleybuses, mopeds, and light quadricycles as provided in Regulation (EU) no. 168/201 of the European Parliament and of the Council of January 15, 2013 on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheeled vehicles and quadricycles, homologated according to the law, for which the Autonomous Authority "Romanian Auto Registry" has issued the vehicle identification card, self-propelled machines for which the Autonomous Authority "Romanian Auto Registry" has issued the technical certificate, as well as trams and animal-drawn vehicles.
Granting aid for home heating during the cold season*
The procedure aims to regulate the granting of social protection measures to the population, represented by monthly aid to cover parts of the expenses related to heating the home during the cold season, as well as the method of billing and payment for thermal energy.
Request for Extension of Urbanism Certificate*

Issuance of certificate of fiscal attestation for legal entities regarding taxes, local fees and other revenues owed to the local budget*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities who own immovable and/or movable property, have a qualified certificate with extended electronic signature, and request the issuance of the fiscal attestation certificate.
The fiscal attestation certificate is issued by the local tax authority at the request of the taxpayer/payer. The certificate is also issued at the request of public authorities in the cases and conditions provided by the legal regulations in force, as well as at the request of the public notary, according to the delegation given by the taxpayer.
