Arad County Directorate of Statistics*

The purpose of this procedure concerns the free and unrestricted access of individuals to any public interest information, as defined by law, and represents one of the fundamental principles of the relationships between individuals and public authorities, in accordance with the Constitution of Romania and with the international documents ratified by the Parliament of Romania.

It establishes the manner in which the communication of acts issued by the director to authorities, institutions, and interested persons is ensured, under the provisions of Law no. 544/2001 regarding the free access to public interest information.

The procedure is carried out especially for a good collaboration between citizens and public institutions, for the interests of the public institution, the citizens, the employees of the public institution, etc.
