Issuance of commercial fishing license*
The procedure is addressed to natural and/or legal persons (Romanians) who wish to carry out commercial fishing within the RBDD area.
The issuance of the commercial fishing license is carried out after the appearance of the Order for the nomination of landing points and primary sale centers and after the appearance of the Order regarding the approval of measures to regulate fishing effort and the fishing quotas allocated for the current year.
This procedure can be operational only for starting/initiation of the procedure.

Issuing a fishing permit for family consumption*
The procedure is addressed to natural persons (Romanians) who wish to carry out fishing activities for family consumption in breaks the RBDD perimeter. This procedure can only be operational for starting/initiation of the procedure.
Upon issuance of the permit, gear marking tags are also issued.

Issuing permits for the household use of natural resources from the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve*
The procedure is addressed to natural and/or legal persons (Romanians and foreigners) who wish to carry out, within the R.B.D.D. perimeter, an activity that falls under Order No. 410/2008 for the approval of the Procedure for authorizing activities of harvesting, capturing and/or commercialization, on the national territory or for export, of mine flowers, plant fossils and fossils of vertebrate and invertebrate animals, as well as plants and animals from the wild flora and fauna and their import, except for fish resources.

Issuance of environmental authorization*
The procedure is addressed to natural and/or legal persons (Romanians and foreigners) who wish to carry out an activity within the RBDD perimeter that falls under Annex no. 1 of Order no. 1798/2007.
In the procedure for issuing the environmental authorization, there are deadlines for both the holder and the environmental authority, but the deadline for issuing the environmental authorization is 90 working days from the date of submitting the complete documentation.

Issuance of environmental permit*
The procedure is addressed to individuals and/or legal entities (Romanians and foreigners) who wish to build an objective within the RBDD perimeter. In the procedure for issuing the environmental agreement, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 292 of 2018, there are deadlines both for the holder and for the environmental authority, further additions are necessary, publicity, carrying out guidance, therefore the processing time cannot be estimated. In case the project holder does not provide the competent environmental protection authority with all the information necessary for the issuance of the environmental agreement within a maximum of 2 years from the date of their request, the application will be rejected. The issuance of the environmental agreement will be done by repeating the entire procedure.
