Prahova College of Dentists*

This procedure is addressed to the members of the Prahova College of Dental Physicians.
The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the Jesyons of art. 512 paragraph (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proofs of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dental physicians and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Prahova College of Dental Physicians.
