Automatic recognition of the doctorate diploma in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad*
This procedure presents the methodology regarding the recognition by the National School of Political and Administrative Studies of the doctorate diploma and the title of doctor of science or in a professional field, obtained abroad by Romanian or foreign candidates, for the purpose of enrolling in postgraduate programs, obtaining habilitation, or occupying a teaching or research position within S.N.S.P.A.
*Automatic recognition of the status of PhD supervisor obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad*
Establishes the method of automatic recognition of the status of doctoral supervisor or habilitation, obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.
The procedure aims to implement internally the Order of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research no. 5.921 from December 6, 2016, as well as to establish the responsibilities of SNSPA regarding the obligations incumbent upon it according to legal provisions, in a unified, transparent, and legal context, in close correlation with the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.
*Automatic recognition of teaching positions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad*
The purpose of this procedure is to present the steps for the recognition within SNSPA of teaching positions obtained in an accredited higher education institution in a member state of the European Union, European Economic Area, and in the Swiss Confederation, as well as in prestigious universities from other countries from the List of Prestigious Universities from Other States, approved by Order no. 5825/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions.
