Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca*

This procedure establishes the method by which the automatic recognition of teaching positions in higher education, obtained at accredited higher education institutions abroad, as provided in the annex to OM 5922/15.12.2016, is carried out by UMF "Iuliu Hațieganu" Cluj-Napoca.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and third-country citizens who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions from the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

This methodology establishes the manner in which the recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad, is carried out within the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third states, who have obtained the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the “List of prestigious universities from other states,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.

This procedure establishes the way in which the automatic recognition is carried out, within the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, of the quality of PhD supervisor obtained in accredited higher education institutions from abroad.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained the status of PhD supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states", approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
