In order to proceed with the issuance of a duplicate of the Membership Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the applicant must submit the complete documentation to the headquarters of the Timis College of Pharmacists, in accordance with the provisions of Decision no. 4/2004 of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania and the documents presented below.
*Request for the Current Professional Certificate*
In accordance with the provisions of the Pharmacy Law no. 266/2008 in the consolidated form as published in the Official Gazette no. 448/30.06.2009 Part I, as well as the Implementation Norms published in the Official Gazette no. 538/03.07.2009 Part I, pharmacists who will hold the position of chief pharmacist in a pharmaceutical unit (in cases of the establishment of new pharmaceutical units, as well as changes of the chief pharmacist - for those who will take over the chief position), shall address the county colleges to obtain the Current Professional Certificate.
- The validity of the Current Professional Certificate is 3 months from the date of issue;
- Within a maximum of three days from receiving the request for the issuance of the Current Professional Certificate, the territorial college will send to the College of Pharmacists of Romania the standard application for drafting and issuing the document;
- Within a maximum of 30 days from receiving the application, the RCP will issue the certificate and send it to the territorial college;
- The Current Professional Certificate will be issued by the College of Pharmacists of Romania who will prepare and send it to the territorial college;
- The territorial college will keep a Register of records - with the identification data of the Current Professional Certificates issued to pharmacists from the respective county - and will hand them to applicants with a signature of receipt.
To obtain the Current Professional Certificate, the pharmacist will submit to the territorial college a file containing the documents attached below.
Registration in the College of Pharmacists of Romania*
The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon making a formal request, meet the following conditions: hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, and have paid the registration fee. The fee must be paid into the account of the territorial college RO61BTRLRONCRT0438543901 in the amount of 208 lei for those who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for other individuals).

Resumption of membership*
The resumption of membership is made based on a request, which the applicant, the pharmacist, submits to the headquarters of the Territorial College, namely the College of Pharmacists Timiș, through which they request the resumption of membership starting from a certain date.
