- For Alienation Certificates* (buildings, land, vehicles) it is necessary to pay all overdue obligations and make full payment for the asset to be alienated.

- The obligations are considered paid at the moment when the Sector 2 Local Council treasury account is debited and this fact is also reflected in the tax records of the issuing institution.

- The fiscal attestation certificates for alienation of real estate (buildings, land) will be requested by the Public Notary where the sales act is concluded. The documents will be stamped and electronically signed by the Public Notary and accompanied by a power of attorney from the Seller/Sellers.
