Services authorization procedure for congealed semen and/or congealed embryos storing and marketing

The trader requests competent authority the issuig of operating zootechnical authorization. In this sense , will submit and record the complete documentation at competent authority secretariat. If the designated person which is responsible for evaluating documentation finds that this is incomplete,will require from trader the additions and clarifications needed , within 5 calendar days from receiving folder with documentation. If the documentation is complete specialists of ANARZ designed by General Manager decision, will check on the spot the fulfillment of the authorization conditions, prepare the evaluation report and propose operating animal authorization issuing. If a request is refused because procedural reasons, the applicant is informed in the shortest time, but not more than 5 caledar days from application.

Authorization procedure for the provision of services for the activity of collecting and marketing frozen semen material, for the equine species.*


The economic operator requests the competent authority to issue the zootechnical operating authorization. In this regard, it will submit the complete documentation through the public utility information system, the Single Electronic Contact Point. If the person designated to evaluate the documentation finds that it is incomplete, they will request the economic operator to provide the necessary additions and clarifications within 5 working days from receiving the dossier with the documentation. If the documentation is complete, ANZ specialists, appointed by the decision of the general director, verify on site the fulfillment of the authorization conditions, draw up the evaluation report, and propose the issuance of the zootechnical operating authorization. If an application is rejected for procedural reasons, the applicant is informed as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days.

The interesed person will require at ANARZ, obtaining the authorization in artificial insemination in animals activity. In this sense , will submit and record the complete documentation at ANARZ- OARZ. The documents evaluation commission is designated by General Manager of competent authority decision . If the commission finds that the documentation is incomplete, the additions and clarifications needed , will be required from that person, within 5 calendar days from receiving folder with documentation. If the documentation is complete , the evaluating commission will propose authorization issuing.

To obtain authorization a unit that has a center for the collection, processing, storage and marketing of boar semen will submit and record the complete documentation to the secretariat of competent authority. The documentation will be analyzed.If the documentation is incomplete the additions and clarifications needed, will be required from trader, within 5 calendar days from receiving folder. If the documentation is complete, by a decision issued by the General Director, the specialists from ANARZ will check on the spot the fulfillment of the authorization conditions, prepare the evaluation report and propose authorization issuing.
