The procedure mentions the documents required for issuing the urbanism certificate. Notes: 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic and technical regime of the property, as well as the specific urban requirements of the site, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documents, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not replace the building/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.
