- identity document of the applicant and of all family members over the age of 14 (B.I., C.I., C.I.P.); - birth certificate of children under 14 years old; - marriage certificate - if applicable; - divorce decree/notarial act - if applicable; - affidavit stating that the persons are separated in fact - if applicable; - death certificate - if applicable; - copy of the final court ruling regarding child custody or adoption approval, - decision of the Commission for Child Protection regarding the measure of family placement of the minor, decision of the guardianship authority, according to the law - if applicable; - other supporting documents regarding the family composition, as applicable. The copy will be hand certified as a true copy of the original.*

- contract of sale-purchase; - sale-purchase contract with maintenance clause or with habitation clause; - lease contract; - loan for use contract (commodatum); - inheritance certificate/succession deed; - notarized power of attorney drawn up by the owner of the dwelling or by the holder of the lease contract, or by the legal representative of the single person who has not reached the age of 16; - other documents, as the case may be. The copy will be certified by hand regarding conformity with the original. - certificate from the Homeowners/Tenants Association indicating the name, surname, and personal identification number (CNP) of the persons registered in the building register for maintenance costs; RADET code; e-mail address of the association – original.*

- pension slips (for all types of pension)/certificate from the Pension House from the month prior to submitting the application; - unemployment benefit payment slip and/or monthly unemployment supplement income; - state allowance slip, placement or other allowances, from the month prior to submitting the application; - disability allowance slip/complementary budget or any other allowances granted according to George – from the month prior to submitting the application; - income from lease, bank interest, disposal of goods – if applicable; - declaration on own responsibility of the holders/members who do not earn income – if applicable. The copy will be certified in handwriting regarding conformity with the original. - employment certificate for all family members, indicating the net income received in the month prior to submitting the application, the value of meal vouchers or the mention that no vouchers are received, bonuses, meal allowances, etc – in original.*

- thermal energy bill, natural gas bill, electricity bill – as applicable; - persons who own cars - copy of the car registration book (showing the year of manufacture of the car); - for persons requesting heating aid for their home with electricity, thermal energy/gas disconnection contract or certificate issued by the block administration, specifying that the heating of the home is done with electricity; any other requested documents – as applicable. The copy will be certified by hand for conformity with the original.*
