The procedure mentions the necessary documents for issuing the urban planning certificate.
Notes:
1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informative act regarding the legal, economic and technical status of the property, as well as the urban requirements specific to the site, determined in accordance with the provisions of the urban planning documentation endorsed and approved, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural or legal person.
2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not substitute the construction/demolition authorization and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.
The procedure refers to the activity of issuing urban planning certificates respectively for: receiving and registering requests for the issuance of urban planning certificates and the necessary documents in this regard; verifying the submitted documentation; drafting the urban planning certificates; registering them in the Register of urban planning certificates; sending the issued certificates to the applicants.
The urban planning certificate is the mandatory informative act by which the county or local public administration authority communicates the legal, economic and technical status of properties and the required conditions for the execution of investments, real estate transactions or other real estate operations.
