- The membership certificate of the College of Physicians of Romania is issued and released by the territorial college of the College of Physicians of Romania in whose jurisdiction the applicant physician has, as the case may be, their domicile/residence or place of work/unit where they will carry out their activity.

(1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the healthcare field, republished, with... subsequent modifications and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:

c) are medically fit to practice the medical profession;
d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years.
