The Central Unit or Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the legal provisions in up-to-date force.
The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before the expiration of this term, a single extension of the approval may be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and a field verification thereof.
The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number from the ANIF approval issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months. After this date, a new extension of the approval's validity is not possible; the applicant must, according to the law, obtain another ANIF approval.
ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
