The land book excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, let. a) of Law 138/2004, as subsequently amended and supplemented); (except for requests for the works provided for in art. 7 para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*

The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the surface area, the investment to be made, CF number, cadastral number and/or topographic number, accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*
