Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, including the technical solution for protecting land improvement works where the situation requires it. The documentation / technical project will also include the technical protection solution for the land improvement works and will be mandatorily verified according to the law by a certified project verifier. In the case of national road works, expressways, ring roads, and highways, it is required that the technical documentation be approved by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the cadastre and real estate publicity office no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7 para 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*

Certificate of registration and certificate of status from the trade registry or the document based on which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity.*

The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as the case may be, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, CF number, cadastral number and/or topographic number, signature/stamp (legal entities), accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*
