The service involves issuing certificates that confirm the registrations from the agricultural register, necessary for preparing scholarship, unemployment, social assistance files, for population records, and for various institutions (Electrica, Eon Gaz, mobile telephony, etc.).
Certificates can be requested by any person who is registered in the Agricultural Register.
Required documents
- application
- those citizens who do not have a position in the agricultural register will fill out a declaration on their own responsibility that they do not own agricultural land within the city of Negreşti nor in other localities in the country, which they will attach to the application
- for social assistance and unemployment certificates, no fiscal stamp is required with the application
- for certificates required for population records, it is mandatory for the applicant to have a position in the agricultural register (to own agricultural land, house, and annexes).
