Persons who meet the contribution period conditions, according to the law (have achieved 12 months in the last 24 months prior to the child's birth, taxable income, or have been in assimilated contribution periods, may optionally benefit from the following rights:

Leave for raising a child up to 2 years old, or 3 years old in the case of a child with a disability, as well as a monthly allowance.

Persons who, during the period they are entitled to child-raising leave, obtain taxable income have the right to an insertion incentive.
