CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE with hygiene and public health standards is the administrative procedure by which the conformity assessment with the legal regulations regarding public health is carried out for operational objectives, which carry out activities that pose a risk to the health of the population.

The notification of compliance certification can be issued in an emergency regime - 5 working days from the submission of the file, by paying an emergency fee of 150 lei.
