For registration in the fiscal records of a means of water transport, the form (model 2016 ITL 007) is downloaded, completed, and electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature*

For the identification of individuals in relation to the local tax authority and the establishment of their tax domicile, the following documents are to be attached electronically, as appropriate: - Identity card - Birth certificate (in the case of a minor owner who does not possess an identity card, in which case the tax return will be completed by their legal guardian) - Tax registration certificate (document by which the tax identification number/tax registration code is individualized and is used in the case where the taxpayer does not have a personal identification number). Note: The conformity with the original of the copies is carried out by the taxpayer/payer by writing the phrase "true to the original", according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code with subsequent amendments and additions, and each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the representation of taxpayers in relation to the local tax authority, the following documents are to be attached electronically: - The power of attorney and the representative's identity document. Note: The conformity with the original of the copies shall be performed by the taxpayer/payer by including the note "certified true copy of the original", according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and each document shall be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

In the case of individuals, for the registration in the fiscal records of a water transport means, the following supporting documents shall be attached electronically, as applicable: - Identity document - Document of acquisition of the means of transport, which may be, as appropriate: - Fiscal invoice - Transfer-acquisition contract - Exchange contract - Donation document - Deed in lieu of payment - Adjudication document - Court judgment, final and irrevocable/ final and enforceable, - etc. - In the case of means of transport that are the object of financial leasing contracts: - Financial leasing contract and/or novation/assignment contract - Proof of recovery and termination request, accompanied by the handover protocol or any other similar document, in the case of taxpayers who are lessees; - Vehicle identity card - Tax attestation certificate issued in the name of the seller/previous user, by the specialized department of the competent local public administration authority, except for means of transport acquired from abroad; In the case of ownership transfer by the use, as applicable, of the TRANSFER-ACQUISITION CONTRACT, MODEL 2016 ITL-054, the visa applied in the upper right corner constitutes the equivalent of the TAX ATTESTATION CERTIFICATE (according to ORDER 1069/1578/114 of 28.07.2016)! - Document issued by the Romanian Naval Authority showing the technical characteristics of the means of water transport Note: The conformity with the original of the copies is carried out by the taxpayer/payer by including the statement "certified true to the original", according to art. 64 para.
