For the registration/modification of a land in the tax records, in order to establish the due tax/fee, the form must be downloaded and completed and electronically signed, with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the registration of land in the tax records, in the case of individuals residing in a Member State of the European Union, for the establishment of the tax/fee due, the form is downloaded and completed and electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature. Note: The document is mandatory only in the case of individuals residing in a Member State of the European Union.*

For the identification of individuals in relation to the local tax authority and the determination of their fiscal domicile, the following documents shall be attached electronically, as appropriate: - Identity document - Birth certificate (in the case of a minor owner who does not have an identity card, in which case the tax return will be completed by his/her legal guardian) - Fiscal registration certificate (a document by which the fiscal identification number/tax registration code is individualized and is used in the event that the taxpayer does not have a personal identification number). Note: The compliance with the original of a document is performed by the taxpayer/payer by entering the statement "certified copy of the original", according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code with subsequent amendments and completions, and each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the representation of taxpayers in relation to the local tax authority, electronic copies of the following documents (as applicable) shall be attached: - Power of attorney and copy of the proxy's identity document Note: Compliance with the original of the copies shall be carried out by the taxpayer/payer by adding the mention "certified copy", according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code with subsequent amendments and additions, and each document shall be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

In the case of individuals, for registering a land in the fiscal records, the following supporting documents are electronically attached, as applicable: - Identity document - Acquisition deed, which may be, as applicable: - Sale-purchase contract - Exchange contract - Donation deed - Dation in payment deed - Adjudication deed - Court decision, final and irrevocable/final and enforceable - Certificate of possession - Title deed - Order issued by the Mayor of Pitești Municipality - Deed of merger - Deed of subdivision - etc. - Cadastral documentation (in case the land area does not result from the ownership deed or differences are found between the areas listed in ownership deeds and the actual situations ascertained by measurements). - Certificate regarding zoning and usage category issued by the Office for the Application of Property Laws, Agricultural Registry, within the Pitești Municipality City Hall Note: the authentic form is mandatory when a property (building and/or land) is subject to transfer of ownership. - In the case of land belonging to the public or private property of the state or to administrative-territorial units: the document by which ownership is assigned for concession/lease/administration/use—public or private property of the state or administrative-territorial units. Note: The conformity with the original of copies is performed by the taxpayer/payer by entering the statement "certified true to the original," according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code with subsequent amendments and completions, and each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*
