The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days prior to the date of submitting the documentation, (except in cases where the issuance of the construction authorization is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions) (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7 para. 1^4 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished) (except for public utility investment works).*
