The termination of payment for the minimum inclusion income entitlement is made by decision of the executive director of the territorial agency for payments and social inspection.
The termination of payment for the inclusion aid entitlement, provided for in paragraph (6), is made starting from the month following the ascertainment of the situation that determines the termination.
